Our Location

King's SchoolKing's School of English London is the only language school in Beckenham, a lively and attractive suburb of southeast London. Beckenham has a range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a modern sports complex and public library opposite the school.

Beckenham is clean and green with five beautiful parks, a golf course and tennis courts. Beckenham makes an ideal location for students.

It is very easy to get into central London. Beckenham has several train stations with direct connections to the city centre (Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross). Our closest station is Clock House, from where students can catch a direct train to central London. Journey time is approximately 20-25 minutes. Fast trains run from Beckenham Junction station to Victoria in 15 minutes. Beckenham is also connected to Wimbledon (by tram) and to Greenwich (by train or bus). School Principal

AndyOur Principal, Andy Townsend, is responsible for the day-to-day running of the school. He has over 20 years' experience of working in the language travel industry.

Our Facilities

King's School comprises two impressive Victorian buildings containing 18 spacious cafeteriaclassrooms, many with TV / video / DVD facilities. We also have a delightful garden. Our facilities include a computer centre with free broadband Internet, Wireless Internet connection for students with their own laptops, and a school intranet.

We have a very popular cafeteria offering hot and cold food, freshly made salads, fresh fruit and a range of drinks.

Our Student Counsellor is always available to advise students on further education possibilities in the UK. Assistance with university applications is also available.
